About Mercer Union, a centre for contemporary art

Founded in 1979, Mercer Union is a non-profit centre for contemporary art dedicated to commissioning and producing new works of contemporary art. The artist-centred organization champions exhibitions that empower diverse Canadian and international artists in formative and established stages of their practice.
