Rashad Maharaj is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Puncture, a design studio that helps brands and organizations foster culture and create community.
Rashad’s career began in the live event space, where he helped launch and support projects such as WayHome Music & Arts Festival, Manifesto Festival, Pride Toronto, The Bentway, Bonnaroo Music & Arts, and more.
Puncture has grown and continued to develop impactful brands and strategic solutions for clients including Art Toronto, the Artist Project, Tangerine, CBC Arts, Choice Properties, the Weston Foundation, and KPMB Architects.
Through these experiences, Rashad has built a reputation for creative excellence and strong management leadership.
