Helen Mills

Helen Mills (born in Johannesburg, South Africa; lives in Toronto, ON, Canada) is the founder of Lost Rivers, a program of the Toronto Green Community. The Lost River Walks are storytelling tours about the human and natural heritage of the city’s buried creeks. She is currently working on two new programs of the Toronto Green Community – Rivers Rising and RAINscapeTO – both with a focus on engaging and connecting diverse communities to help build a blue green city.
