TBA 2024 Visitor Survey – Giveaway Rules and Regulations

This giveaway starts on October 31, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec 15, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals, 18 or older, who are legal residents of Canada, except citizens of Quebec.  Employees (and their immediate families – parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside – and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of the Toronto Biennial of Art (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, dealers and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, completely fill out the online visitor survey, including your e-mail address, mailing address, name, click to accept the giveaway rules, then click on the Submit button. One entry per individual.

PRIZE: There are a total of three (3) prize packs to be won. Prize packs to be awarded to three (3) winners, and consist of the following:

Prize 1: (valued at $160 CAD)

• • Two Cineplex movie tickets (approx $30 CAD in value)
  • One $75 CF SHOP! Gift Card
  • One Toronto Biennial of Art Catalogue ($45 CAD)
  • One Toronto Biennial of Art Tote Bag ($10 CAD)

Prize 2: (valued at $160 CAD)

Prizes will be emailed or mailed to the participant.

DRAW: Three (3) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random draw. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received on or before the giveaway closing date.

The winners will be contacted by email, and will be sent a release form, including a mathematical skill-testing question. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrants must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, sign and submit the form within two days after being contacted.

• Winners will be drawn and contacted by December 31, 2024
• Items will be mailed to the winners by January 31, 2025.

If a selected entrant (a) cannot be contacted within two business days, (b) fails to complete and return the required giveaway documents within the time stipulated, (c) incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or (d) otherwise fails to comply with these official rules, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected.

About the CF SHOP! Card:
The CF SHOP! card can be used at thousands of the top shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in CF shopping centres and office properties across Canada. As participation is voluntary, and may vary from centre to centre, it is a good idea to check Cadillac Fairview Shopping Centres for a complete list of participating stores.
