Laura Carvalho: I am a Brazilian anthropologist and screenwriter. I conduct research on anti-colonial struggles, rivers, and the fight for land in a Latin American context. I am interested in exploring languages and blending anthropology with fiction as a way of creating new ethics and world imaginaries. I’m also a bread fermentation enthusiast, among other hands-on activities.
