Coralie Olson is a strategic leader in placemaking and public realm consulting, with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate, urbanism, and marketing. As CEO of Alda Strategic, she partners with developers and property owners to integrate place branding and place experience strategy into development plans—creating both social impact and economic value. Coralie leads Alda Strategic’s growth across North America, with experience advising on mixed-use developments, residential and commercial properties, infrastructure projects, and master-planned communities. 

A respected industry voice, Coralie is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Placemaking Product Council and contributor to ULI Americas Art in Place. She is frequently invited to speak on the ROI of placemaking when applied early in the design and planning process. Beyond her professional work, Coralie has contributed to Toronto’s cultural landscape through advisory roles with the Luminato Festival and Long Winter.
