The Biennial will welcome students from the primary school level through post-secondary to several of its exhibition sites over a period of 12 weeks, from September 26 to December 20, 2026. TBA Storytellers share exhibition works and facilitate workshops with school visitors, working hands-on to collaboratively create curriculum-supportive projects through collage, sound, writing, drawing, and more.
TBA also offers various forms of school engagement year round as preparations for 2026 are underway. This includes:
- Educator outreach sessions, inviting and gathering GTA educators to voice their view on best practices and learning through the Arts and beyond
- In-school programs with TBA Storytellers, who act as educators and mediators of our Mobile Arts Curriculum learning tools
- Professional Development for educators, on TBA’s artist-led, curriculum-supportive Mobile Arts Curriculum learning tools.
TBA is also an official TDSB Program vendor, offering excursions and in-school programming. If you are interested in working with TBA year round, we invite facilitators, principals, and teachers to connect at info@torontobiennial.org to learn more.
