Felicia Daisy joined the TBA team as a Volunteer Manager, and has now taken on additional responsibility with her added role as the Community Engagement Manager. In the role, she will be leading initiatives that aim to deepen, reflect, and expand upon the Biennial’s relationship with the wider contemporary art community. Additionally, Felicia will oversee the recruitment, training and logistics of the Biennial volunteer community in the months leading up to the Biennial. Prior to joining the TBA team, Felicia worked for various arts organizations and events in Toronto including, TIFF, Hot Docs, City of Toronto Cultural Events (i.e. Nuit Blanche,) The ROM, 6 Degrees – among others.
Felicia has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Certificate in Sports and Event Marketing from George Brown. Through her studies in oral history and her Caribbean roots, Felicia has developed a true passion for understanding different cultures and personal histories.
